Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to return your order for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To request a return, please contact us via email at pepites@pepites.co.uk within the 14-day period, providing the following details:

The items must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and labels intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned in damaged condition or not in the perfect condition it was sent.

Exemptions to Returns
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on underwear and swimwear.

Please note that all items marked as Final Reduction are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for these items.
